Looking for something more personal? Every piece can also be finished in a custom colour. Simply select 'Custom colour' as your colour choice, add the Custom Colour option to your cart, and enter the paint brand and colour code in the order notes at checkout.

If your order includes multiple furniture pieces in the same custom colour, the surcharge only needs to be added once to the largest item.

Float has a seat measuring 36 × 36 cm with a generously thick 45 mm top, giving the stool its distinctive sculptural appearance.

Float Stool is available in two carefully selected material options, each with its own character.

Choose FSC-certified plywood with a durable satin lacquer finish for a smooth, even colour and a clean, contemporary appearance.

Or choose FSC-certified pine plywood finished with pigmented linseed oil. This finish allows the natural wood grain to remain beautifully visible through the colour, creating a distinctive, expressive look that makes each piece unique.

Can I use the Float Stool as a side table?
Absolutely. While Float is designed as a stool, it also works beautifully as a compact side table or bedside table. Its sculptural shape makes it just as at home displaying a favourite object as it is providing an extra seat.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each Float Stool is made to order in our workshop in the Netherlands. Our current lead time is approximately 6 weeks.

Can I return my order?

Because every item is made to order, returns are generally not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please get in touch and we'll always work together to find a suitable solution.
