Isle desk

A playful and practical desk with two rotating surfaces. The Isle desk was designed to bring movement and flexibility into kids’ spaces. With two tabletop “islands” that can be turned to create different shapes, this desk easily adapts to solo play, shared playtime, or homework moments.

It’s a sculptural piece that invites imagination — whether it’s used as a workspace, a stage for small worlds, or a spot to draw side-by-side.

Designed by Jes Iken and handmade in the Netherlands from FSC-certified birch plywood.

Height
51 cm (lower desk) & 61 cm (upper desk) is perfect for kids aged 3 to 7.
57cm (lower desk) & 67cm (upper desk) is great for kids aged 5 to 12.

Material & color
Lacquered plywood (FSC certified). Optionally you can choose plywood with birch veneer (FSC certified). Get in touch for other veneers or solid wood. Price on request.
