The Waves Platform and Planter is designed to bring flexibility and playfulness into everyday family life. Whether it's used as a bench, a stage for imaginative play, a display for favourite toys and books, or paired with plants to add a little greenery, it naturally adapts as your home and family evolve.

Its soft curves and minimalist design allow it to blend effortlessly into both children's spaces and shared living areas. Beautiful on its own or combined with the Waves Desk and Waves Storage, it helps create a playful corner that grows with your family's changing routines.

Each piece is made to order in the Netherlands from FSC-certified plywood and finished by hand. By producing only what is needed, we minimise waste and create furniture designed to be enjoyed for many years.

The Waves Platform and Planter is fully reversible, allowing you to position the larger curve on either the left or the right side. If you decide to change the layout of your space later on, simply turn the platform around and move the protective felt pads to the opposite side. This way, the piece can easily adapt as your home evolves.

Looking for something more personal? Every piece can also be finished in a custom colour. Simply select 'Custom colour' as your colour choice, add the Custom Colour option to your cart, and enter the paint brand and colour code in the order notes at checkout.

If your order includes multiple furniture pieces in the same custom colour, the surcharge only needs to be added once to the largest item.

Is the planter waterproof?
Yes. The planter includes a fixed waterproof inner pot made from recycled plastic, making it suitable for indoor plants while protecting the wooden planter. Simply place your plant inside the inner pot and water as needed.

Is the planter fixed to the platform?
No. The planter is a separate piece that can be positioned wherever you like, making it easy to refresh the look of your space whenever you feel like it.

Can the platform be used as a bench?
Yes. The platform is designed to be used as a bench, a stage for imaginative play, or a place to display the things that inspire curiosity. Its multifunctional design allows it to adapt naturally to everyday family life in many different ways.

How do I clean the Platform and Planter?
Simply wipe the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products or abrasive materials to help preserve the finish.

What is the lead time?
Each Platform and Planter is made to order in the Netherlands. The current lead time is approximately 6 weeks.

Can I order a colour sample first?
Yes. If you'd like to see the colours in your own home before ordering, you can order a sample card containing all available finishes.

Can I return my order?
Because every item is made to order, returns are generally not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please get in touch and we'll always work together to find a suitable solution.
